• Remote Assistance
Lowering your administrative costs, and saving on the costs
incurred by having an engineer travel and stay on your site,
one of our technical engineers can remotely log on to your
network for periodic preventative maintenance (at a pre-arranged
time to suite yourselves), ensuring that you network is
performing at its optimum.
Additionally, if a technical incident does arise an engineer
can immediately log on to the network to assess the problem,
and to attempt to correct it.
• On Site Assistance
In addition to our Remote Assistance service, an engineer
can also attend to a problem on-site. Depending on the severity
of the problem, an engineer can be on your site in as little
as 2 hours.
• Telephone Assistance
Simple, fast and friendly technical support via the telephone
is available to administrators or any of your users should
they require it.
